All you need is a touch-tone phone and your security code (PIN). The first time you call AUDIO, the last four digits of your social security number will serve as your PIN. Immediately select the menu option to change your PIN to a secure number of your own choosing, and let AUDIO walk you through the steps.

AUDIO allows you to access information and to even process transactions on your Credit Union accounts. Just pick up the phone for an update on balances, dividends, and checks cleared. You will be able to make transfers, and have withdrawals sent to you.
