Message for CCCU Online & Bill Payer Members - System Conversion

Here’s what you will need to do!
·         Download your member eStatements, they will not be transition to the new platform.
·         Recreate your list of payee, address, account numbers and regularly scheduled payments.
·         You can access the new iBanking and iMobile platform through the CPCU website Follow the link to see all of the eServices available to you.
·         On October 1st, You can use your existing username, but will have to use an temporary password the first time you log into iBanking. The temporary password is a 9-digit number comprised of the last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number (SSN), followed by your zip code (for example: 123406379).

To assist you through the transition, we will have dedicated representatives on hand at both Pawcatuck and Foxwoods locations post conversion to help you with the iBanking and Bill Pay set up. For your convenience our Member Communication Center will be available from 8:00am – 5:30pm, through October 5, 2018 (860-886-0576).
